Excursions & Incursions
Throughout the year, Nagle Pre-School will have incursions to enhance the program. As the program is based on the children’s current and emerging interests they change from year to year.
Some examples from recent years are:
Responsible Pet Ownership Program
Drama Toolbox
Seaweed Sally Marine Education
Tooth Fairy
One Song Drumming
Wild Action Reptiles
Local Community workers: Police officers, Paramedics
The 4 year old groups have also done excursions:
Sandringham Hospital
Melbourne Symphony Orchestra
Circus Oz
Community walks
Special Events or Excursion Levies
An additional charge maybe required to meet the cost of special events or excursions that occur in response to emerging children’s interests. Events that are planned ahead and are included as an expenditure item in Nagle’s budget do not incur this additional charge.
