Register For 2026

Bayside City Council manage the Central Registration and Enrolment Service for 18 kindergartens in the Bayside area, including Nagle Pre-School.

This means all registrations for these kindergartens must go through Council. Registration can not occur directly with the kinder. Once offers have been made by Council and accepted by families, kindergartens then work directly with families.

For 2026 kindergarten enrolments, you must register your child via the Bayside Kindergarten Portal between

1 May - 30 June 2025.

If you are registering outside of these dates, please still follow the steps below and contact Bayside Council Family Services on earlyyears@bayside.vic.gov.au or 9599 4405 and Nagle Pre-School on admin@naglepreschool.com.au or 9598 6042.

In summary:

• STEP 1: register online - noting registrations for 2026 kinder will not go live until 1 May 2025.

• STEP 2: offers will be emailed from Bayside City Council on 28 July 2025.

• STEP 3: offer response options - a family may choose to:

  • Accept

  • Decline and stay on waitlist for higher preference

  • Decline and be removed from the waitlist

  • Response must be given within 7 days or offer will be forfeited

• STEP 4: Nagle Pre-School will directly contact families once the council offer has been accepted

Please note: From 2026, Bayside Council will be offering into specific programs within sessional kindergartens.
